YOU CAN USE THE PLAN IF YOU:

1.)Live in the 50 United States of America. (Special conditions apply to Texas residents) (Available in Canada late summer, 2008)

2.)Have internet access.

3.)Are not in a serious negative cash-flow situation.

4.)Have or can obtain a small line of credit; either a Personal Line of Credit (PLC) or Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC). A line of $10,000 or more will work fine.

5.)Have a mortgage you would like to pay off quickly.
